Troubleshooting method for electric control cabinet of cage welding machine

For  steel cage welding machine, the electric control cabinet is like its "brain". If the electric control cabinet has a problem, then the equipment of steel cage welding machine will not work. The fault of the electric control cabinet of the steel cage welder has so many kinds, respectively, there are sparks or not tight contactor contact and there are two kinds of odor in the electric control cabinet. So when the machine appears the above two conditions, how to solve?

First, the contactor contact spark or closing is not tight solution:

1. Check whether the contactor contact is damaged. If the contactor contact is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced;

2, check whether there is insufficient voltage, check whether the voltage is 380V;

3. Check whether the contactor connection line is loose. If this kind of fault occurs, just press the wire.

Two, the solution to the odor in the electric control:

1. Check whether the components in the electric control cabinet are burned out. If the components are burned out, repair or replace them immediately;

2. Check whether the circuit in the electric control cabinet is burned out. If the circuit is found to be burned out, the cause of the circuit burning out should be checked immediately and the burned out circuit should be replaced.
