Site requirements for installation of automatic cage welder

1. The cement floor in the equipment installation area should be hardened, and the hardened site should be as flat as possible to reduce the level adjustment during equipment installation;

2. Hardening size of cement site (12m equipment): 30m in length, 7m in width (including the installation position of plate and reinforcement frame); Canopy height 4m(electronic control cabinet and personnel operation area with canopy);

3. The awning should not have columns in the direction of the finished steel cage, so as to avoid the smooth removal of the finished steel cage;

4. The main power box should be located on the side of the steel frame, and the power cord to the electric control cabinet should be protected;

5. Do not connect the bottom line of other supporting equipment (such as electric welding machine) to the base of the automatic cage welder. The distance between all other equipment and the automatic hob-welder should be greater than 2m.
