⑦ Processing of longer reinforcement should have special help, and follow the command of the operator, shall not be arbitrary drag. The installation of construction site machinery must be solid, maintain the horizontal position, fixed machinery should have a reliable foundation, mobile machinery should be fixed in the operation of the walking wheel.
