Take a pipe pile factory with annual output of 1 million m production line as an example to analyze.

(1) Land input

The basic land is considered as 30,000 m2, and the land price is calculated as 100 yuan /m2, which requires a total of 3 million yuan.

(2) Civil construction input

The plant is considered as 6000m2, and 600 yuan /m2 is needed for about 3.6 million yuan.

Centrifuge foundation, mixing building foundation, autoclave foundation and steam tank and other special civil construction costs are about 800,000 yuan.

(3) Main equipment investment

5 bridge cranes, about 1.4 million yuan;

5 centrifuges, about 600,000 yuan;

Mixer and supporting facilities, about 1 million yuan;

Steel cage making equipment, about 400,000 yuan;

Mold, about 3 million yuan (can be invested in stages);

Autoclave 2 ~ 3 sets, according to 750,000 yuan/set (including installation fee) about 1.5 ~ 2.3 million yuan (can be invested in stages);

Boiler room, about 800 ~ 1 million yuan;

Transformer room and 63OKVA/800KVA main power line, etc., about 400,000 to 600,000 yuan;

Laboratory equipment, about 200,000 to 300,000 yuan; Other supporting facilities, estimated at 1 million yuan.

The above three items total 10.8 ~ 20 million yuan. From the above analysis, it can be seen that the construction of a pipe pile plant needs at least 15 million to 20 million yuan of basic investment, although the mold, centrifuge, autoclave, etc., can be invested in stages, but other basic investment is not saved.
