Numerical control steel cage welder maintenance method

1. Before starting the CNC steel cage welder every day, check the machine. The main contents of the check are as follows:

1) Check whether the control power switch is in the off state;

2) Whether all lines are connected in normal state;

3) Carefully check whether there is oil leakage;

4) Whether the bolts and nuts are loose;

5) Whether there is too much dust in the electric cabinet.

2, CNC steel cage welder in the operation process, pay attention to check whether the motor is overheating;

3. During the operation of CNC steel cage welder, it is strictly prohibited to cover the electrical part and keep the heat dissipation smooth;

4. After the operation of the equipment for about 2 months, the circuit breaker, motor wiring terminals and wiring terminals in the electrical box should be re-tightened when the power supply is cut off.

5, 2 months or so to the reducer, hydraulic station oil volume for regular inspection. If it is insufficient, it needs to be added. If there is oil leakage, it should be repaired in time.

6. Butter all lubricating oil nozzle once a week;

7, the normal operation of the equipment for about 2 months, to all the bolts, nuts to re tighten;

8, every week to regularly use paint brush or breeze hair dryer to remove the dust in the electric cabinet, keep the electric cabinet clean, otherwise it may cause short circuit burning equipment accident;

9. For the maintenance of supporting equipment, such as hydraulic station, please refer to the corresponding product instructions (strictly prevent water, remove relevant parts to prevent dust and other dirt from entering).

10. Pay attention to the following matters:

1) The equipment operator shall be trained by the technical personnel of the equipment supplier to operate the equipment and fully understand the equipment performance;

2) It is strictly prohibited to wash or blow ash on electrical equipment with water or compressed air;

3) It is strictly prohibited to use wet cloth or wet brush to clean the electrical components in the electric cabinet;

4) It is strictly prohibited for non-operators to operate the equipment (such as frequency converter, touch screen and other built-in parameters to modify without permission), otherwise it is easy to damage the equipment or harm the safety of others.
