1. Ensure that there is no dirt in the oil pipe and the joint, connect the oil pipe with the pump and the tension jack tightly, and try not to disassemble the oil pipe in the case of more coal dust.
2. Return the middle cylinder of the tension jack to the lowest position. Note: Stop the oil supply and unload immediately when the oil pressure display increases after the end.
3. Wear the steel plate and external anchor in the steel strand, insert the steel strand into the top hole of the tension jack about 20cm, so that the cone top is tightened in the roof of the external anchor;
4, make the cylinder ejection, the cylinder ejection to near the longest position should stop the oil supply and download, make the cylinder back to the lowest position, such as not to achieve the given preload, push the jack to the cone top again to tighten the external anchor specific, continue to load the cylinder ejection, until the cylinder ejection reaches the predetermined load, unload and make the cylinder back, take off the jack.
