The treatment method of odor in electric control:

1. Check whether the components in the electric control cabinet are burnt out. If the components are burnt out, the maintenance or replacement should be stopped immediately;

2. Check whether the line in the electric control cabinet is burned out. If the line is found to be burned out, it should immediately check the cause of the line burning out, and stop changing the burned out line.

The treatment method of the contact of the contactor of the steel welding machine has sparks or is not tight:

1. Check whether contactor contacts are damaged. If contactor contacts are damaged, stop maintenance or change them;

2, check whether there is a lack of voltage, check whether the voltage is 380V;

3, check whether the contactor connecting line is loose, if such problems, just press the wire.
