Steel cage welding machine is a one-time steel cage molding equipment, the equipment needs 2-3 people to operate, from the raw steel bar to the finished steel cage, the raw steel bar is manually inserted into the pipe of the steel cage welding machine, and the steel cage welding machine rotates to wind the steel bar. The steel cage is formed once. The steel cage winding machine requires workers to weld the main bars of the steel cage and the internal strengthening ring together in advance to form the approximate skeleton of the steel cage, and then lift the skeleton to the equipment and then wind the steel cage winding. The whole process requires about 5 people. However, the speed of steel cage winding mechanism is about 2 times that of steel cage welding machine.

2, steel cage welding machine processing steel cage type and pile diameter restrictions. For example, the 120 type steel cage  welding machine can only produce steel cages with pile diameters below 1.2M. The steel cage winding machine has no model limit, and the steel cage of 600-3000mm pile diameter can be produced.
