1. When secondary rectifier is used, because it is DC power supply, unlike AC power each cycle wave has to pass through zero, the welding area warms up fast, and avoids the heat loss caused by cooling when the AC current amplitude drops, improves the thermal efficiency, and can reduce the splash caused by too much current when the AC amplitude rises.
2. The DC power supply eliminates the influence of AC current in each cycle through zero. The current density can be greatly improved, which provides a reliable guarantee of energy for improving the welding speed.
3. Dc power makes the capacity of the welding transformer can be greatly reduced, this is because the current and magnetic field no phase difference, no skin effect, the same size of the current, using DC, solder joint current density is high, the current is more concentrated through the welding center, so under the same conditions, the required current is 25 ~ 30% lower than AC power supply, solder joint strength will be higher, More energy saving.
